MEET
HUBERT
Hello, I’m Hubert Dube. I’ve been a proud resident of the North Miami Beach community for the past 20 years. Originally from Haiti, where I studied law, I moved to the United States in 1987 and eventually settled in South Florida. My wife, Mondeline Fabius Dube, and I have spent the past two decades living in this wonderful community, where we’ve raised our two beautiful children.
I’m also a longtime master electrician with over 25 years of experience serving homeowners and our businesses in the NMB community. My commitment to safety and quality work has always been my priority. Beyond my trade, I’ve been actively involved in our local government, serving on the Code Enforcement Board. In this role, I provide direction in the enforcement of the city’s occupational license, building, zoning, sign, and other related codes and ordinances, all aimed at improving our infrastructure and public safety.
In addition to my work on the board, I volunteer for multiple charities and am an instructor at Apex Technical School, where I pass my knowledge on to the next generation. Now, I’m running for City Commissioner, Group 3, because I’m passionate about making our city a better place for all of us. I believe in the power of community involvement and want to be a leader who truly understands our needs. I am dedicated and truly committed to working hard to bring positive change to our neighborhood.
